automation rule not when user is assignee

I am trying to create an automation rule:
When: Issue commented --> Only by customers --> Transition to waiting for support

I can't seem to figure out the way to accomplish this. I am sure I could set up a JQL condition, but for the life of me I can't figure out what the query should be.

Dear Joshua,

with which product do you try to realize this? Is it a Jira Service Desk (JSD) project you are working on? In JSD this kind of automation is available by default. As this is most likely I'll point you into this direction, see attached screenshot. Please be aware this is just an example. It doesn't exactly meet your request. But all you need is in there. Please ignore the last JQL condition locking for a related issue which is blocking.

If you try to realize that automation outside of an JSD project e.g. with add-on Automation for Jira please notice me here again.
