Hi,
We noticed last week that the comments entered when resolving an issue in Jira Service Desk are no longer appearing in neither the comment list in the ticket nor in the email to the reporter.
We have tested with several tickets and even made a new transition, but nothing is showing.
Any ideas why this might be?

Hi there,
I saw that you opened a ticket with our support regarding the same issue.
The reason why the comments were not added was due to a property in the status "Resolved" in the workflow and it was preventing comments to be added.
