After reviewing documentation on sending email and generating a ticket by email, the following question arises.
In a scenario, where:
- A customer (Reporter), send an email to the predefined address so that a ticket can be opened in the TO email. In CC enter several users (whether or not they are participants).
- When Jira sends the first email indicating that the ticket has been generated, this email is sent individually to each user (Reporter + participants).
Is it possible that the email thread is not broken and all are answered at once?
That is, we need to know if it is possible for Jira's response to be in a single email with the list of emails that existed in the first Reporter thread.
