Hi,
We have people create tickets from a group address (ie team@) so everyone has a notification of the issues that have been raised.
Unfortunately we're not able to get updates from people to that ticket as they're sending from their personal addresses (ie andrew@).
Is there a way to accept updates to tickets from another email address? I'm assuming Jira is just using the ticket id in the subject to match things up?

There is no concept of multiple emails for Jira users so for this to work the other emails would need to be unique users and these users would need to have the necessary permissions to browse and comment.
