We are a using Jira cloud.
we have configured the incoming mail handler, but while configuring the reporter value has to be set,
Instead, it should take the mail ID user who sent a mail.
Posts from the Atlassian community, I got to know this is not possible by default.
Can anyone suggest me an add-on or workaround for this

I understand that you would like to set the ticket reporter with the e-mail address of the person who created the ticket through e-mail on JIRA Service Desk, is that correct?
If that's what you are trying to do, I would like to let you know that this happens by default on JIRA Service Desk when you configure the e-mail handler on Project Settings > E-mail Requests.
You just need to configure who should be able to create Service Desk tickets on Project Settings > Customer Permissions
