Wondering if there is something that we can use to show the overall status for our JSD to our customers (employees). Something like a Status.IO page but with requests, problems, etc, or what MS does with their roadmap: https://products.office.com/en-us/business/office-365-roadmap#abc ?

There is an Announcements feature for the JSD customer portal. It's available in both Server and Cloud! Take a peek at the documentation for configuring it.
(note that Cloud doesn't have the logo option - just Server)

Definitely not what i meant. Not interested on basic text on a page...
I want to be able to show customers, what the service desk is currently working on and whats coming up, etc. Sorta like status.io, but for tickets. If you click on the MS link, you would see what i am talking about
