Showing field based on multiselect component label

I am trying to show fields inside a request type based on a choice made with one of those fields.

For example inside the request type I have a dropdown first. If I choose option A then it will show a selection of fields inside the request type and if I choose option B it will show another selection of fields inside the same request type.

This is for the customer view for our service desk. I want to show only the necessary fields based on the customer choices.

Looks like 'Select List (cascading)' is the one you need which allow you to configure the child options for each parent option.
