I am looking for help in the following.
1) JQL to filter tickets which breached SLA(Time to Resolution) on current month (ofcourse need to get last month list and so on).
2) Suggest me gadget to configure tickets breached SLA on monthly basis. I mean on x-axis month name and on y-axis count of counts breached Time to Resolution.
If any one worked on similar issue like above, please suggest me in JQL and gadget setup.
