The value of Resolved to Closed KPI is wrong

We are using the JIRA Enhancer plugin for defect management purpose.In Time between field We have set KPI as a Resolved_to_Closed custom field. While doing the defect analysis we observed following for some defects;

1. The Resolved to Close is -124 hrs this value cannot be correct.
2. The value of Resolved to Closed KPI is wrong. its coming 149 hrs whereas it should come around 87 hrs
3. Why it is showing negative value?
   
   Please let me know why this is coming up?
