Use OKTA to populate user detais in issues

Hi,

I need to pull OKTA user attributes like the User's manager, Dept., Etc. from OKTA and to be able to populate it in Jira Cloud issue view.

I know I can pull the information from OKTA in JSON format.

Is it possible to use a groovy script that will parse this file and populate the relevant user attributes in an issue?
