Values in Custom Field from Existing Issues

Rangarajan Parthasarathy July 26, 2018

I have created a "Change Ref. No" Custom Field (Select List - Single Choice). I have attached this part of Resolve Transition screen. Wanted values for this Custom Field to be populated from one of the Change Request No. that was already raised. i.e Scenario:

I have Incident / Issue Key - KEY-4535. I am RESOLVING this Issue with a Change (KEY-4537) to the system. As I update the Issues with Resolve transition, part of the Resolve transition screen I have added "Change Ref. No". I want this Custom Field values to be pre-populated  to reflect the all the Change Key nos that is created part of the project so I can attach / refer one Key Ref to associate with this Issue.

Um actually, you can do a bit more with Behaviours now - it works with six of the custom field types.  But still only on the create screen.

Hi @Rangarajan Parthasarathy

Currently you can't do that in cloud. Adaptavist has created Behaviours for cloud, but it's a very early release and you can't work with custom fields.
