Where do Compass get metrics for incidents?

I'm playing with Compass and I'm trying to figure out where does Compass gets the metrics for Recent Incidents and MTTR. I connected with Statuspage and Opsgenie, but I don't get any metric if I create incidents on any platform.

This is a derived metric, but I don't know what should I integrate to get results. I expect to get results like those shown at the Compass page:

Any help would be appreciated!
