Why won't new statuses which are marked as "Done" don't show up as "Completed" in Velocity reports

I created multiple new statuses to track Design, Ready for Dev, Ready for Production, and Deployed to Production. All of these are marked as "Done" versus "In progress" in the status settings. 

However, when you go view reports (burndown charts, velocity, etc.), I'm only seeing a small percentage of these statuses being marked as completed. 

Any ideas?

Are you setting the resolution? Being 'done' doesn't mean anything if the resolution isn't being set in the transition to the status(es) you are calling done.

Are your issues in the last (right-hand) column on the board you are reporting from?
