approval conditions

Hi, I’m using jira service desk. I want to create an approval workflow following specific conditions. For example, when a user sends a request for a machine >5000$, I need a different approver than for a cheaper machine. Is there any possibility or add-on for that case?

Hi,

I would probably recommend Scriptrunner.  You could use a postfunction script to assess the condition and set the Approvers based on that condition.
