I'm afraid to say that your customers don't have access to the reports, but thinking about any other possibility to that, you can create a filter subscription to send your selected filter to your agents where they can review and forward to your customers.

Than you Paulo, as I understood from your reply, JIRA service desk customers cant get statistical that indicate vendor's response time and other info directly form the portal
