cloud service is not installing

I requested a cloud service JIRA software with JIRA service desk 5 hours ago:

tailorfit.atlassian.net

It's not up yet, do I have to wait longer? or dit something went wrong?

Shouldn't normally be more than half an hour. I'd contact https://support.atlassian.com if it's not up by now.
