I have a public Support Desk and a Private Support Desk How do I create a separate Client list for the Private Support Desk? ( and limit access to its connected Confluence knowledge base )
I figured it out.
For a Service Desk project manage its own access to its customer portal, you need to make sure that the project's Request Security be set to "Only people on my customers list can raise a request" (under "Project Settings" -> "Request Security"). This will allow you to manage the Customer List from the Project's "Customers" List (in the left side bar or "Users and Roles" in the Project Settings in the "SERVICE DESK CUSTOMERS" List ).
These Settings also seam to control the access to the linked Confluence Space (knowledge base)
