I am trying to configure the "Share with" field on a service desk ticket to automatically select an organisation. I know there are other discussions around this allowed for a proper solution.
What I want is to be able to:
1. When a ticket is raised it is automatically shared with a set organisation
2. The option to share with numerous organisations when raising a ticket (at the moment a customer can only select one option and then has to manually go add another organisation after the ticket is created.
Would be great to get some advice on how to go about fixing this.
