Licensing Question

Hi, I can't add license to my Project in Jira Software.

Can you help me solve this problem? Thanks you.

yes of course, you can go inside to setting menu

You are using a Cloud system here.

They do not have licences for Jira (Core, Software, Service Desk) or Confluence etc, it's done behind the scenes in your Cloud account.

Not if they are on Cloud, the licences are not handled in the UI.
