IT Senior Systems Administrator
The primary function of this position is planning, development, integration, maintenance, and testing of the Atlassian product suite and all associated third-party applications. This position serves as the subject matter expert and primary contact for issues related to all Atlassian products.
The incumbent will continually develop a growing knowledge of user bases processes and requirements to determine, recommend and implement appropriate course of action and oversee implementation and resolution of problems; develop, test, and document software in order to implement and maintain an operational system; design and develop effective reporting tools needed to support the university offices at all five campuses and in various academic and administrative departments; will participate in cross-modular problem solving and issue resolution; provide communication and training to end users.
