Ability to Send Service Desk Support Work Items to Aha!

We often get clients opening service desk work items in our Jira Service Desk Instance that are more like feature enhancements and suggestions. We are looking to have a simple webhook that we can send these into Aha for future consideration. Has anyone done this and if so, how have you implemented? I have set up the Jira - Aha integration. Just not seeing how to make it so that we can go from Jira to Aha on a one off work item at a time and not import them.
