Custom field in jira

Hello,

Can anyone tell me if you know if there is a plugin which provides some custom field which could be dynamically created (additional values in rows)? 
I mean something like the Test Steps from Zephyr plugin (screen below) - field which will allow by clicking "add" or some plus to create another entry/another row...

We would like to implement such field on the sub-task level.

Is there any chance that such functionality exists for jira?

The first plugin which comes to my mind which can do something similar is the "Checklist for JIRA"

Basically you can add tasks dynamically onto the issue just like the test steps in Zephyr.
