We are using Insight to capture software renewals. I'd like to create a jira ticket from the Object when the software end date is about 12 weeks away from expiring. I've got email reminders that go out starting at 12 weeks out, but I'd like to create a jira ticket and pull the Objects name into the Summary field.
How do you do this?
