Hi,
I'm getting tons of Clockwork direct notifications but I can't find where to turn them off.
The notification says `Clockwork updated an issue` and I can see them in both Jira and Confluence.
Thanks
LF
Seems you have custom fields integration turned on which updates Clockwork Timers every hour. You can turn it off in Clockwork's Global Configuration.
If you still want to use it for some projects you can enable it on a project level.
If that's not the case and you have it turned off already please contact us at support@herocoders.com and we'll investigate it.
I do not understand where can I turn notifications off.
As you said, "you can turn custom fields integration off in Clockwork's Global Configuration", but I cannot find the place.

Sorry for being ambiguous.
"Enabled Clockwork Timers" turned on was causing those notifications as Clockwork was updating "Clockwork Timers" custom field every hour.
Disabling this option should stop the notifications.
There's a new way to define fields that doesn't cause notifications and we will upgrade Clockwork to use it (FYI for those interested in this option but not wanting to get notifications).
Ask us on support@herocoders.com when it will be rolled out.

Hi,
I wanted to let you know we migrated Clockwork Timers to use a new custom field format. It means it got easier to use (no need to enable it in Clockwork) and changes done to it with not appear in the issue history.
To use this new custom field you need to be on the newest version of Clockwork Pro, so if you haven't started the trial you will need to.
Cheers,
Pawel
