I can't see BigPicture's risk consequence and risk probability fields when I edit issues

One of the frequent questions about the Risk module custom fields is:

I’m trying to use the Risk map but I cannot find the “risk consequence” and “risk probability” fields in the edit issue screen, even though I have “all” fields selected.

Am I missing something?

This is one of the questions which is frequently asked in our support channel, which is answered below:

The fields used by BigPicture are ordinary JIRA custom fields and they behave as any other custom field. In case you are missing any BigPIcture/BigGantt fields on the screens, your administrators can user JIRA's functionality called "Where is my field" to determine if the field should appear on your screen.

If you do not have an access to this functionality, please contact your administrator to configure this for you.
