i'm using the 6.2.0 insight version
I configured my asset with an ObjectType "Customers" in which all the company's customers are mapped with their personal data.
I jira Service Desk and I need as much as a customer (mapped in the insight asset) opens a ticket from portal on jira to automatically evaluate the custom insight field "Clients" that shows the mapped master data in insight
