JIRA processes voice mails coming from our telephone system. Those voice mails do not have a valid "From:" or "Reply-To:" address. They have enough information for us to contact the customer. We would like JIRA to process the incoming messages and create issues from them.
I tried disabling the require valid from address preprocessor. The invalid Reply-To address was flagged as an error as a result.
We do not control the voicemail system, so we are stuck trying to process the voice mails using JIRA tools.
JIRA, Exchange, and JEMH are involved.
