Ah, ok, you don't need anything clever for this. A select list for speed, another for teamwork and 1-5 as options in both of them.

How can i have a select list with all combinations ?
1- 10 for happy , 1-10 for soso and 1-10 for sad ? then i need 30 values i feel its too heavy .Let me know your recommendations

Do you meant a select field with 3 options? It is possible. If you mean 3 select fields, which depend on each other, then you would need to write a plugin with your own custom field.
