Issue layout (categories) in Jira Cloud - BigPicture

Dear Community,

I have a question related to issue layout: There are several predefined categories (sorry for it being in German but you will get the point). Those are "Details, "Beschreibung", "Personen", etc.pp. (here, they are collapsed). I have two questions regarding this:

1.) How can I add and remove these categories?

2.) How can I define which issue fields are part of which category (e.g. how to customize "Details" category)?Help is much appreciated since we want to bring Jira only very soon and need have more reasonable issue layout. Thank you!
