We are using the JMWE Post Function "Create Issue" to escalate an issue from JIRA servicedesk to the develoment team. It creates a new issue in another project and links it to the servicedesk issue. We copy a few fields (summary, priority, eg), nothing special.
But the new issue always gets resolved right away. The resolution of the new issue is not set, but the resolved date has the same date/time as the creation date. Which means all our statistics are wrong. JIRA alwasy sees them as resolved right away.
I also started to play with scriptrunner to create issues and that add-on does not create resolved issues. SO the problem is JWME for some reason.
Anyone else having this problem?
