Jira SD - Send Bulk Communications

Hi all,

I would like to save an email template within Jira that can pre-populate data from an Incident record. Specifically this could be used with Major Incidents to auto-fill the communications we create each couple of hours.

Does Jira Service allow for:

  1. Creation of an email template,
  2. Manually trigger an email to be created from the template,
  3. Auto-fill email with Incident data,
  4. Allow manual changes, and
  5. Send to a group of users?
