Quick Question.

 Trying to sort out integration between Jira and Zendesk.

 

Any reason on the ..atlassian.net/plugins/servlet/ac/zendesk_for_jira/configure page we are unable to select the below, the options keeps on getting gray out so we are unable to select

JIRA             -   Direction                    - Zendesk Support
Assignee      -To Zendesk Support     -Assignee
Assignee      - To JIRA                         - Assignee
Prioity          -To Zendesk Support      -Prioity
Prioity           -To JIRA                          -Prioity
Due Date       -To Zendesk Support      -CCN Target Date / Go Live
