Hi, I have custom fields in which my service desk agent will record the number of hours an engineer spends working on a ticket, the volume of sales we have lost due to an issue and the number of hours our contact centre have lost due to an issue. I'd like to have a calculated field that shows this hour value in £'s. I have the add on for misc custom fields and have the field type 'calculated number field' but have no clue what to do in order to get the desired result. For example:
Total Sales lost - 10
Total Sales cost (New field) - (formula would be 10*£80) = £800.
Can anyone help?
