Does "pay the backdated maintenance from expiry " applies for add-ons as well?

Hi,

I am wondering if the rule regarding renewals that are backdated applies even for add-ons?

I have found the answer...
For all server licenses, licenses are backdated to expiry upon renewal. You can see this section on the Licensing FAQ here- https://www.atlassian.com/licensing/purchase-licensing#softwaremaintenance-2 , specifically under the software maintenance section.
