Missing Request Participants Custom field (Extension for Jira Service desk)

I've red Extension's official documentation (URL: https://deviniti.com/support/addon/server/extension/latest/request-form-request-participants/).

There is Request Participants Custom field on screen:

But it's not possible to create Request Participants Custom field on my own instance (there is no that field):

Where is that Request Participants Custom field option?

Hi,

In our Company, we used until now a custom field named "Participants" of type "Deviniti [Extension] - Request Participants" on the creation screen. We added it on the request types we need. That allowed a reporter on a Service Desk request screen to add request participants on creation screen (that was until now the workaround of the issue https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-1511)

But since this week (perhaps since the last plugin update) we can no more add this "Participants" custom field to the request types where it is not. It is systematically hidden and cannot be shown. On another side, the request types using yet this "Participants" custom field work well.

I am going to send an issue to Devinity on this bad behavior.
