Page becomes blank when Execute Test Case Button Is pressed

When i try to execute a test case inside Jira the page becomes BLANK and HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error  is found from the browser debugger console .

Hi Arun ,

The issue is resolve now, the root cause was that the users were missing some authentication or write permission to all folders under Jira and once it was provided the functionalities started working.
