About the "Email the Issue" Add-On

We are using an "Email the issue" add-on so  we created some email templates. so My question is when I'm select an email template  I need that email template content should me view in "Body"  before sending issue to recipient.Because if we  wants to edit the content before sending email to recipient.

If any body knows regards please respond !

Hi @Kumar,

as far as I know, it is not possible to show the content of the template in den "Body".

You can use the preview, to see what will be sent, but you can not edit that before sending.
