With Automation for Jira, how can I have an email sent automatically to each agent with a list of their issues that have not been updated in the past 7 days and are unresolved?
I don't want to alert them of all stale issues - only their own.
See the attachment for the configuration that we thought would work. This emails everyone with all the issues.
Hi you can just add this assignee=currentUser() to your jql create a filter, and suscribe each agent..
Thank you for the reply!
This would work using filter subscriptions, agreed. However, depending on the number of agents it may not be a practical option to get everyone on board.
Also, it would be a nice feature in Automation for Jira if it were possible to select whether the email goes out to all of the affected assignees, or if each assignee receives an email with their own issues.
