Replication of comments on different projects based on associated issues.

Hello, i need help with the following issue:

I have project A and project B.

When i receive issues reported by customers on Project A, i create an issue on Project B, associated to issue reported in Project A, for internal verification by other teams.

I need that when the analyst makes a comment on project B, this comment will be replicated on project A.

Note: the comment generated in project A must be internal

Note 2: i need a free solution to this problem (actually i have script runner only, but i dont know how to do this.

How can i do this? it is possible?
