Send Manual Email to Group Using JETI

I want to send email to members of a group picker which would be a custom field in Manual Email in JETI. We are using Data Center Version of Jira. Is that possible. I am not able to see any option.

We have a similar requirement. I'm assuming the lack of responses means that this isn't currently possible.
