Feel like I'm just a piece away from making this happen, but need a little help. 

With JIRA Email This Issue I can send an email based on a JQL statement.

I want to send that email if say 3 other issues have the same custom field selected within the last 30 days.

Is this something that I'd maybe have to learn how to make a groovy script for? Any pointers there if so?
