Sending Issue created event notification to an external adress

Hi, I need to send Issue created event to an external adress.

I can use JETI plugin:

Notification setting:

Recipients

To:Cc:

  • mfobojzivelnik@gmail.com
 

Email Settings

Email Format:Email Importance:Options:

html
NORMAL

 

Context setting:

Testovací projekt 1   

Content Settings

Default Email Template:
AM issue created

Additional Settings

Comments:
Exclude email details

 

When I send mail manually, it is delivered correctly. If I change or create issue, the mail will not be sent.

Please tell me where I'm making a mistake

BTW, Have you raised to vendor service desk directly?
