User is invalid when moving worklog

I get the error 'User is invalid' when moving a worklog.

It is my own worklog I want to move.

I have the permission to move, edit, delete worklogs for every user and I have used it plenty times before.

Could this be related to the new JIRA lay-out? Maybe some permissions have changed?
