We are using an nFeed field, that displays a list of users from our database. Is there a way for the user to type in their own user if one does not exist in the database, or any workaround for this?
Hello Hassan,
nFeed is not able to write any data in the data source. Its purpose is to retrieve values only.
You can contact the nFeed support team directly on our platform in case you need further help -> https://valiantys.atlassian.net

Hello, Hassan!
Hi Nicolas, glad to meet you here) Sorry, I just add some information for Hassan and maybe also for another users, cause we had a similar need.
Hassan, if you mean your custom database (not jira one) you are able to add information into DB but you also should be advanced in a server part (Linux, Windows). All you need is post-function with a specific event which provides for the listener required information. But it is strongly not recomended to add information into own jira tables.
p.s. I have just seen the date of the issue) Let it be here, because answer is already typed)
