Need Detailed Roll-out Schedule for the New Navigation - Product and Subscription Specifics

Dear Jira New Nav Group,

We are preparing our users for the upcoming new navigation roll-out across Atlassian products and need a clearer understanding of the schedule, particularly concerning product and subscription tiers.

 

Specifically, we'd like to know:

  • Detailed Roll-out Timeline:
    • Can Atlassian provide a more precise timeline beyond the general "March 2025" timeframe? Are there specific phases planned?
    • Are there any planned regional roll-out differences?
  • Product-Specific Roll-out:
    • We understand the roll-out includes Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Jira Product Discovery, and Atlassian Home. Are there any differences in the roll-out schedule or features for each product?
    • Will the roll out begin with the free and standard editions before rolling out to premium and enterprise editions?
  • Subscription-Specific Roll-out:
    • Will the roll-out be phased based on subscription tiers (Free, Standard, Premium, Enterprise)? If so, what is the planned order?
  • Opt-Out Period:
    • For how long will the opt-out option be available during the initial roll-out phase?
    • How will the opt out process function?
  • Training Materials and Resources:
    • Will Atlassian be providing official training materials or resources to assist with the transition?
    • Where can we find the best documentation concerning the new navigation?

We need to ensure we can provide accurate information and training materials to our users. Any detailed information or official announcements from Atlassian would be greatly appreciated.

Re: training and resources, while we're not planning any official training, this page should give a good overview of what is changing in the product. If there's any other resources that you feel would be helpful for your team, please let me know.

I have a urgent scenario : customer is moving from service now, training next week. 

Is there a way to update their instance right now?

31st march first day on production.

Just having option to turn on in April will cause a friction with this team. Cause 2 months later they will have to learn everything again.
