Hi,
We have Site24x7 integrations under two different team with the same configuration and rules. However, one of the team could not get alert and we couldn't see the alert on Opsgenie "Alerts" menu while other team alert is fine. We also checked the integration logs under problematic team and we can see that the alert received by Opsgenie, however Opsgenie can't view in Alerts and doesn't sent any email or notification.
We also tried sending test alert from Site24x7 and sending test alert is fine for both team.
Below is the alert that processed by Opsgenie see in the log but can't see in Alerts menu and no trigger for specific team.

Hey Bayram,
You need to use your site URL and not Opsgenie URL.
Could you go to admin.opsgenie.com and find what is your site URL?
