Cannot use opsgenie integration with encrypted SNS topic

Hello everyone,

Any idea of why I am unable to integrate Opsgenie with an Encrypted SNS topic?

The integration works just fine if the topic is not encrypted.

Currently, Opsgenie’s integration with Amazon SNS does not support encrypted SNS topics that utilize AWS Key Management Service for server-side encryption. This limitation can lead to issues such as KMSAccessDeniederrors when attempting to integrate with encrypted topics.

This limitation is documented in the following feature request:

For the integration to function correctly, please use an unencrypted SNS topic. If encryption is a requirement for your use case, we recommend watching or voting for the feature request above to stay updated on any progress.
