We have create a group hunt on MIcrosoft teams with a french phone number
When our client try to call a help desk number; it should be redirected via Opsgenie to our phone number
It rings but when we accept the call nothing happen from our side
From client side; the call is hang out without any msg
Could you plz help us to understand more what happen
