Can the user use the same Atlassian credentials to access Opsgenie?

Hi @David Socarras,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

Yes, a user can use their Atlassian credentials to access Opsgenie, all you have to do as an admin is to go to admin.atlassian.com, lookup the user and assign an Opsgenie license to them.
