When alerts get created through the Prometheus intgration on Jira Service Management, we automatically get [Prometheus]: attached to the alert.
In OpsGenie it was apparently possible to remove this prefix, is it also possible with Jira Service Management? Thanks!
As per the documentation here Integrate with Prometheus | Jira Service Management Cloud | Atlassian Support, this configuration would be managed under Prometheus, found this on their documentation : Configuration | Prometheus, have you tried adding the customized Jira API in your alertmanager.yml configuration?
